Return and Refund Policy - Juicy Store
At Juicy, we take pride in offering the finest products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we have established this policy to ensure your rights:
1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order free of charge before the delivery representative leaves our premises.
- Since we provide free delivery within Aleppo, we kindly ask you to inform us of any cancellation as soon as possible.
2. Return Upon Delivery
- Customers have the right to inspect their order at their doorstep before making the payment.
- In the event of visible damage to the packaging or a mistake in the type of products ordered, you have the right to refuse the delivery immediately at no cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the perishable nature of food products and for public health reasons, items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been accepted and the delivery representative has left, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
- Returns are not accepted if the reason is a change of mind after the product has been received.
4. Complaints and Quality
If you have any feedback regarding the quality of the product after delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp within a maximum of two hours from the time of receipt.
